2019 ABSENTEE BID FORM AND TELEPHONE BID FORM
A buyer’s premium of 20 percent of the hammer price up to and including $500,000 and 15 percent in excess of the final bid price above $500,000 will be added to the hammer price of each piece of art purchased. A 3 percent discount on the premium will be given for payments made with cash or check.

• Absentee bids are executed alternately in competition with bidders in attendance.
• Buyers must provide credit card information and contact information below for the bid to be accepted.
• Pickup or shipping arrangements for art purchases are the responsibility of the buyer.
• All bids are subject to auction sale procedures.
• This service is offered as a convenience at no charge. The C.M. Russell Museum will not be held responsible for errors
or failure to execute bids.
