Nancy Blatnik is originally from, and is currently living, in Great Falls, Montana. She is a copper artisan and a graphic designer. While attending college she was trained in copper print making. She decided to design wall art using techniques that include etching, relief, patina and acid inks. Nancy has created a custom jewelry line by using left over copper from her wall art. By observing buying patterns she is able to choose designs that are very popular with her customers.
During the past 18 years she has designed “Montana’s Back Yard” greeting card line. Using water color paints, Nancy creates whimsical Rocky Mountain themed animal and oral designs. In addition to her greeting card line, her designs can be found on Montana jam and jelly logos, calendars and her original children coloring books.
Nancy has been a vendor for the “Made In Montana Showcase” as well as art shows in Montana and Colorado. Her art work can be found in galleries and gift shops throughout Montana. Her jewelry is featured in the
C.M. Russell Museum art gallery in Great Falls, Montana.
